Tom is a partner at TripleOKlaw Advocates where he is in charge of the Conveyance Department and deals primarily with bank security documentation, commercial law including contract documentation, mergers and acquisitions and conveyance of property. He has been involved in major property transactions and has done extensive work in mergers and acquisitions. He advises a large number of businesses in Kenya and sits on the boards of a number of companies.
Prior to becoming a partner with the firm TripleOKlaw Advocates , he worked with the law firm R.A. Kassam & Company Advocates until April 1993 when he left to form the law firm Onyango, Ohaga & Company Advocates jointly with John. Ohaga. Subsequently he and Mr. John Ohaga joined up with James Ochieng and Jinaro Kibet to form the firm TripleOKlaw Advocates.
Tom has vast experience in legal services having been in the profession for over twenty years. He has professional membership in the Law Society of Kenya; East African Law Society, Commonwealth Lawyers Association and Institute of Certified Public Secretaries.
