The Wrigley company invests $63 million in Kenya
The Wrigley Company, a member of AmCham Kenya, recently announced the beginning of the construction of a $63 million plant in Kenya.
The new plant, whose construction has already started, will be situated at Mavoko, Machakos County. It is expected to be operational by April, 2017 and will see its annual output double to 7.84 billion pellets. This will contribute significantly to Kenya's economic, particularly through direct and indirect employment.
